Jana Meyer
I grew up in Germany where I started riding Icelandic Horses at age 5 and quickly fell in love with them. I knew early on that I wanted this passion to become my profession, so I spent a lot of time taking clinics and lessons, doing internships and working towards my IPVZ trainer licenses.
I am still just as passionate about these wonderful horses, and I very much enjoy sharing my love and knowledge. It is my goal as a trainer and instructor to bring riders and their horses closer together and to help them with their communication and understanding for each other. CertificationsIPVZ Trainer C since 2000 IPVZ Trainer B since 2003 USIHC Sport Judge Level B since 2017 Certified Equine Massage Therapist since 2009 Centered Riding Instructor since 2011 |
Facilities
Trails - most of our trails are on area road or by permission on private property and are well maintained with good footing.
Boarding - depending on the length of time horses are here in training, they will either be kept by themselves or in a small herd. All horses are kept outside in paddocks with run-in sheds and have regular access to pastures. |
